Are Food items purchased online Packed Well?
All Miltop products are Freshly Packed after proper cleaning and grading.
What is the Mode of Payment?
We assure a safe payment gateway. We are accepting all major credit and debit cards along with a net banking facility. Cash on delivery is not available for any products in any case. If in case your screen get terminated and balanced has been deducted than your order might have been placed, if not than you are free to contact us.
Once the order has been place you shall receive a confirmation mail for the same with shipping details.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges depends upon the value & quantity purchased.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimate delivery time may vary as per your location. Generally it takes 6-7 business days for the product to get delivered.
Once payment is made, can I cancel the order?
In case we are informed within 24 hours of placing the order or if not dispatched whichever earlier than only the order placed can be cancelled. The amount will be refunded to you within 7 -10 business days.
If the products received in damage condition, will it be replaced?
In case if the products that you received have not been delivered in a proper condition or have been damaged in transit, don’t worry we will replace it for free.
Is their any hidden costs to me(sales tax, octroi etc.)?
Chill, there is no hidden cost.
Are all pin code servicable for us?
We are using Couriers, Indian Post for shipping purpose. So it your location is remote or small town than make sure you make payment online as we are accepting almost all pin code. For COD we are restircted upto some pincodes.
